Michelle Johnson

I am Mrs. Johnson and I will be your teacher for 4th grade.  I have been teaching for 15 years at Pioneer Elementary.  This is my fifth year teaching 4th grade.

I graduated from Colorado State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus in Criminal Justice.  I received my Elementary Education Initial Licensure from Regis University in 2003 and my Master of Arts in Education/Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix in 2005. As you can see I am a lifelong learner and I love to learn alongside my students.

I have an amazing family.  My husband and I have been married for 26 years and we have 2 daughters.  We have a puggle named Jazz and we love to take walks in the neighborhood.  Our oldest daughter, Kayla, is married and lives in Enid, Oklahoma with her husband and a golden retriever Finley. Kayla graduated from the University of Nebraska with a business degree in 2015. Amanda will be student teaching at Prairie Crossing Elementary in August 2018. She will graduate from the University of Northern Colorado in December 2018. She decided to adopt a dog this summer, his name is Teddy.
