Speech and Language

This is my 2nd year at Pioneer Elementary and I’m thrilled to be continuing work with a great team of educators who really “get” kids! This will be my 7th year working in DCSD.  I’ve worked in a variety of settings in my career as a speech-language pathologist (since 1997) helping children with communication needs including elementary level, middle, transition age, as well as private practice.  

I grew up on the east coast and still have family back east up and down the eastern seaboard from Maine to North Carolina.  I moved to Colorado in 1999 and continue to enjoy the painted skies, outdoor activities, and lower humidity!

 

I spend most of my time outside of work with my family.  I have 3 active teenagers and I enjoy being involved with their sports and activities.  We enjoy travel, spending time with family and friends, our sweet dachshund- lab, the outdoors, movies, and love celebrating the holidays!
