Get Involved

There are many ways to become more involved at Pioneer Elementary School.  Whether you have a few minutes, a few hours or a few days, we need your help!  Teachers are always looking for volunteers to help work with students in their classrooms.  Parents can read with students, help with math practice or monitor learning centers so that the teacher can work with small groups.  Lois Everett is our Volunteer Coordinator, she will be looking for volunteers to help with special projects like hearing and vision testing and the Fall Festival. Lois Everett's contact information is [email protected] If you are unable to get away during the school day, we have a Parent Teacher Organization (Pioneer PTO) that meets monthly to plan special events at the school. Please check out the PTO website by clicking the link on our Homepage.   We also have a School Accountability Committee (SAC) that meets monthly in the evenings. The SAC is comprised of teachers, administrators, parents and community members who evaluate educational progress, safety and review the school budget.  Please check out the SAC meeting schedule and minutes by clicking the link on our homepage.

However you decide to support our school, thank you for your service!
